Astig (وضوحا ah-STEEG) هي الكلمة التاغالوغية (الفلبينية) بمعنى "جديد ، جريء ، فريد". نعتقد أنه من أجل حل نحتاج إلى أفكار واستراتيجيات جديدة وجريئة وفريدة من نوعها في قضايا المجتمع الصعبة.
تهدف خدمات التخطيط لدينا إلى تحويل المجتمعات والمناظر الطبيعية من خلال المشاركة والتمكين والدعوة.
تعمل Astig Planning نحو عالم من المجتمعات النشطة والنظم البيئية الصحية والمساواة الدائمة. عالم يكون فيه الأشخاص الأكثر تأثراً بالمشاكل الاجتماعية اليوم في قلب الحلول الإبداعية القائمة على المجتمع والتي تؤدي إلى حياة كاملة وكريمة.

منذ عام 2015 ، عملنا مع أعضاء وقادة المجتمع لوضع خطط شاملة ورئيسية من أجل تنمية مدنهم بشكل مسؤول أو تصور مشروع. نحن نقدم إعدادات تفاعلية للأشخاص للخروج من مقاعدهم والمساهمة بشكل هادف في خطة من شأنها تشكيل مجتمعهم. يهدف أسلوب التواصل لدينا إلى حضور الأحداث المجتمعية ، ومقابلة الأشخاص في المكان الذي يعيشون فيه / يعملون / يلعبون ، والتأكد من إمكانية الوصول إلى جميع موادنا ، سواء من خلال الترجمة أو سهولة القراءة.

A more inclusive and diverse place to live and work leads to a vibrant and innovative world. Astig Planning understands the need to bring our full selves to our work, and in order to do so, there needs to be brave spaces that center diversity and inclusion.
In Strategic Planning+ we offer a strategic planning process that is grounded in a racial equity/gender inclusion framework. We assist organizations/ business/non-profits/agencies in developing a strategic plan that will improve team efficiency, communication, and team building.
Community & Environmental
Planning
Since 2015, we have worked with community members and leaders to create comprehensive and master plans in order to responsibly grow their towns or envision a project.
We provide interactive settings for people to get out of their seats and meaningfully contribute to a plan that will shape their community. Our outreach style is aimed at attending community events, meeting people where they live/work/play, and making sure all of our materials are accessible, whether through translation or readability.
